Dr. Shani Belgrave-Heath
Dr. Belgrave is Board Certified with American Board of Surgery. She completed an Advanced Gastrointestinal Minimally Invasive Surgery and Foregut Fellowship at the University of Washington in 2016. Her fellowship focused on minimally invasive surgery including foregut surgery (anti-reflux paraesophageal hernia) as well as bariatric surgery.

Dr. Elaine Carelus earned her combined BS/MS degree in Biological Sciences from St. John's University, Queens NY. She then completed medical school earning an MD at the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University. She completed her general surgery residency training at Montefiore Medical Center in The Bronx, NY.
